Ollie Green sold my house in less than 24 hours when she presented me with a Cash Buyer. This immediate purchase came as a complete surprised to me. To be honest, it was a surreal experience to say the least. Ollie's demeanor never changed when I asked her the hard questions such as should I continue with my scheduled open house or should I make this purchase hoping it would add value to the home? She explained to me my options very thoroughly. Ms. Green was a true professional who made my transition from Kentucky to Florida seamless. She went above and beyond the call of duty as a realtor.
